We had a great time in this house for our girls get away! The house was amazingly spacious, the beds were extra comfy, the hot tub was a major bonus to the cold nights in Deep Creek. The house was close enough to the town so going out was no problem at all, and staying in was nice as well it didn’t feel like you had neighbors right on top of you. In other this is a great place to have it all, whatever the reason you are visiting! We hope to go back again next year!

Secluded property in a good location. Overall, the family had a great time and we had mostly everything that we needed for our stay.

Beautiful log cabin style house located next to DCL State Park! Spacious enough for our family of 7 adults. Loved the hot tub, pool table as well as the large dining area and wrap around porch. We did see a lot of wild life – birds, deer, momma black bear and three cubs on the property. Used the fire pit and had s’mores! Pet friendly as well…

The cabin was a perfect place for our family’s weekend getaway to Deep Creek! The cabin was very clean and accurate to the description. Location was secluded enough that we got some much needed quietness and relaxation but close enough to the local grocery store for a quick run when needed. Will def stay here again!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at “It’s All Good.” The house was very roomy: the upstairs open plan was a plus, as was the downstairs “game room.” We loved the outdoor surroundings – being so close to the trails. This was our first trip to deep creek & the location suited us for hiking & trips to the state park beach area. We booked very late so lakefront was not an option & this worked out just fine. To folks used to more pure house sharing (more traditional Air B&B), I would mention that this is quite purely a rental property, so there’s literally nothing in the way of normal household items, as there would be in a typical house share (minor cleaning products, basic kitchen items like salt & pepper or dry items). They property owners or rental company did provide a starter basket with 1 roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a garbage bag, 2 dishsoap pods, etc., which was appreciated.

The process was very smooth, from booking to arrival. Bob was very informative and quick to respond to questions. The house was in a great location for us. It only took 10 minutes to get to the Wisp resort area. We couldn’t have been happier w/ our experience.

This place was great, exactly what the guys and I were looking for. Horse shoes, bbq, fire pit, pool table, and hot tub all got great use. We didn’t want to leave, would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Deep Creek is beautiful in the fall, and It’s All Good was wonderfully located. Communication from staff was on point. Lots of amenities. Didn’t see many other places around with a pool table hot tub and fire pit as well as the natural grill! Loved the layout and the pictures accurately represent the place. 9.5/10 would stay again.

Great spacious open and airy with a view of the lake but privacy from resort traffic. Convenient to all hot spots in the area while being a great location to getaway and be secluded. Awesome rental

Beautiful house and looks just as shown in photos. Great for peaceful getaway in the woods. Agency that manages the property is very kind and responsive. House had nice touches throughout and felt very homey. Hot tub was fantastic. Our only complaint is that the basement did not have heating so it was very cold down there. But we later learned we could turn the fireplace on which definitely helped.

Indeed it was VERY cold during your stay (I actually saw -12* on the thermostat…bbrrrrr…); However there IS heat in each room of the basement with the forced air system. Unfortunately we found after your visit where someone closed the heat registers in the basement (why?). Thanks again for being our guest and we look forward to hosting you again someday!

This house was great for my group of 7 people. The main floor was big and open with a lot of room for hanging out. The kitchen was very well equipped. The basement was large with a nice pool table, a big deck and outdoor area, and the bathrooms were massive. Two TVs with cable channels was great. 4×4/AWD is suggested to get up this somewhat steep driveway in the snow.

It’s All Good is aptly named. It’s extremely clean and spacious. We had a great time playing pool in the basement, and it could have easily housed a third couple and some children. We didn’t do much around town because we just wanted a simple getaway, but it was very close to everything that we could’ve wanted to do. Highly recommend this place!

Super close to the lake, restaurants, bars etc. The house was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you need for a long weekend getaway. I would highly recommend staying at “It’s All Good” if you’re planning a trip to Deep Creek!

Everything at “It’s All Good” was wonderful. We all agreed that the house was very clean which means a lot to me! It was very spacious with plenty of room for our group of 8. We appreciated the high quality finishes, wood floors and very nice kitchen. We had never been to Garrett County area before and were pleased to see such beauty in the entire area. This property is in an excellent location and we hope to return to this house and Deep Creek again soon.

Our family had a wonderful week at the house. It was nice being so close to the state park. Everything else was with in a short driving distance. We would definitely recommend staying here and I’m sure we will be back again.

Great luxury cottage. Lost if space. Very clean. Green tall trees in every direction. Spacious patio with lots of seating. Plenty of parking outside. Great amenities to pass time and relax if it’s raining. Offlake checked with us when they heard the previous guests had damaged some furniture to make sure it was not affecting us in any way. Great property and hosts. Would recommend without hesitation.

This house was great! Very clean and just like the photos showed. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed being able to walk to the hiking trails in Deep Creek Lake State Park. The fireplaces made the house cozy and the pool table was a nice amenity. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub. It was just the two of us in the house, but it’s a perfect set up for 3 couples or a larger group and we would definitely come back and stay here again!

The cabin really was perfect for our weekend stay. The location is great, very close to the lake and was easy to find. The cabin was clean and everything had to been set up perfectly for us. Its a good sized place for a group of eight, and there are no houses really close, so there is quite a bit of privacy as well. The communication before the stay and the check-in process was great as well.

This cabin is AMAZING! It is large and beautiful. Everything was very comfortable. We did not get to use the outside stuff as much because we got snow, but it gave us a good excuse to use all of the awesome things inside. The rental company were always very nice and prompt with answering questions. I highly recommend this place!!

We visited this place with other 4 couples and our puppies. We had an amazing time at this cabin. The house has 4 rooms 3 of them with a private bathroom. It is very clean and the amenities are great. Just a short 5 minute walk and you are in the dock, we rented a boat and spent the day at the lake. We are definitely coming back to this house.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time and were so sad to leave. It was our first time to deep creek and would love to return but this was a bucket list trip before we move back South next month. The house was the perfect setup up for our family.

Gorgeous house and a good location, just one street back from the water! The house had an open concept layout that was perfect for having everyone together in one space.
